Savannah Taekwondo Academy Team (STAT) athletes have returned from the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Taekwondo National Championships held in Austin, TX with 11 medals in tow. Athletes recieved 6 Gold, 2 Silver in Olympic Sparring and 3 bronze in forms. Well done STAT!! Currently there are 9 National Champions on the team, with one of the members qualifying for the AAU Cadet Team. story

Speed & Agility Training is available to athletes of all ages and skill levels. It is not too late to get ready for the upcoming football and soccer season nor to early for basketball, baseball, track or any sport you may compete in. Agility and speed training gives athletes the ability to change direction, brake suddenly and perform sport-specific skills with speed and dexterity. Classes are offered Tuesday & Thursday 6:30 - 7:15 pm and Sunday 2:00 pm. Please contact us for more information.
