KWON means to punch or attack with the hand. DO means the art or the way. Literally translated Taekwondo means the art of hand and foot fighting. |
KICKBOXINGKickboxing is the art of punching and kicking derived from Thailand's Muay Thai Kick Boxing. It is known as the Art of Eight Limbs as it uses the elbows and knees, as well as punches and kicks. |

GOSHINBUDOGoshinbudo is the art of Japanese Jujitsu with modern scientific training methods to enhance the competitive edge.
